1. You must be a fan of Queen's song "The March Of The Black Queen," obviously.
2. You don't have to have a website to join, but you *must* have a valid email address. You must also include your name and country on the join form.
3. If you have a site, you must add a code somewhere on it -- whether on the index or joined page. It shouldn't take me more than a few minutes to find it. And please add it before or right after you submit.
4. If you have a journal (LiveJournal, DeadJournal, Xanga, DiaryLand, etc.) please place the code in your userinfo or somewhere else that does not change (i.e. NOT as an entry in your journal).
5. You can have any kind of site, but it cannot contain any illegal or offensive material, i.e. racism, homophobia, porn (fiction and tasteful nudity are fine).
6. If your site is in a language other than English, or the code is particularly hard to find, *please* give me the url to the page the code is on in the "Comments" section. Thanks =)
